US Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross said he hopes to begin formal talks to renegotiate the NAFTA trade pact with Canada and Mexico in a little over three months, Reuters reported. Ross told reporters that "sometime in the next couple of weeks" he would like to start the formal process, Reuters said. That would occur by sending a letter to Congress saying that the Trump administration plans to start NAFTA talks in 90 days.
