This software tool can give NC programmers confidence to run any new part for the first time on a CNC machine. Many shops run their first parts unattended, without a prior prove-out. How? The software works with any CAD/CAM/PLM systems to simulate and optimize the exact same CNC code that will be run on the machine, so that it will be right the first time, every time. Minimize Print Failures with Simulation for Metal Additive Manufacturing
Minimize Print Failures with Simulation for Metal Additive Manufacturing
Additive manufacturing allows for the creation of complex, high performance parts that cannot be produced through conventional manufacturing methods. However, stress and distortion introduced by the printing process often leads to costly build failures and trial-and-error before parts are printed successfully.

In this webinar, you’ll learn about:
  • Benefits of using process simulation for metal additive manufacturing
  • How additive simulation can help you identify and mitigate common build failures
  • Experimental validation techniques used to prove model accuracy
  • How Autodesk Netfabb Simulation can help you save time and money by successfully printing parts faster
